The Why? At AHFM, we value community and giving back. That's why we created our Pro Bono Family Mediation Program, available through referring solicitors and counseling services.

How does it work? If you, your firm, or counseling practice received our invitation to participate in 2025 program, you can refer one family in 2025 for a free mediation. If you have clients needing to access mediation quickly who cannot afford a private mediator or wait for a government FDR service, send them to AHFM. All parties to the mediation will receive free services (both Party A & B), so neither party will be disadvantaged.

Who is eligible? Families who are in need of swift mediation services and may find it difficult to pay our fees are the perfect candidates for this program.

How do the clients access the service?

The external referral partner (that’s you) should call us on 0401 806 199 and get the process started.
